Used Simtec a couple of times (as has my wife) now and always had excellent service. They clearly know their stuff for one thing, they fixed a fault with my phone really quickly as they already had a part. But on another occasion the manager helped me to just change a setting which solved my problem. They are very reasonable price wise and looking to do right by their customers. Only place I’d go to now.

The charging port on my iPhone was broken, by the time I'd had a coffee in town they'd repaired it. Incredible! Really impressed. Top quality service and at a great price. I can't recommend Simtec enough.

I needed a replacement screen for my Huawei Mate 20 Pro and after struggling to find somewhere reputable locally I decided to have it repaired at Simtec while I was in the area for a holiday. The parts were ordered in advance of my trip and once I arrived in the shop it was repaired within a couple of hours. The team were competent and professional and the price very fair - would highly recommend.

I sent over an inquiry using their webform about repairing a broken screen on an iPhone X and got a reply back roughly when their business would have opened that morning. Very impressed.Walked in off the street with the repair at 3::30pm with no warning and my iPhone was back working within the hour.They also advised about an issue with the phone (it's been dropped so many times, the frame is malformed) but still repaired it without making an issue out of it. It's a phone I plan to use until it dies, so I got everything I wanted, plus a guarantee for the repair.Overall, very impressed. A great local business to have on my doorstep.

Not everywhere services IPads and Simtec were recommended to me. The guys were very helpful and efficient and my iPad is back to normal. Very pleased with the service. I will use them again.

I telephoned a few phone repair specialists in Lancaster to enquire about a new screen and Simtec were definitely the most knowledgeable and friendly. My phone was ready when told it would be and great service was provided. My screen also came with a 6 month warranty which is great, thanks very much!
