I have been going there over 30year now it like chilling with firends having a chat . Christina's is a very nice lady very caring to the young and old .I would recommend anyone from the britwell estate your first dates which is a child fizzles hair shop lovely group of people

Took my toddler for a haircut after originally being told it would cost £5, got charged £8 for a haircut that looks really bad. When calling in to ask to return for it to be fixed I was told the person cutting the hair was a junior stylist and should have made that clear, she didn't. Rather than offering to fix the haircut, they said I would need to pay again. People seem nice enough but sadly something like this should not happen and when given the opportunity to correct, should not be at the expense of a customer.

Had a appointment to have hi lites put into my hair (blonde) but am so not happy with end results as it's not even blonde its golden and have thick hi lites and thin hi lites not even the same, all grey hair still shows as well haircut looks awful this was the first time I ever wasn't happy with the results, I phoned before the time and was charged £70 when I had to pay I was charged £90 just because my hair was soo thick they said even though I had half head done. Also I normally have blonde and brown hi lites always done when I phoned I did mention it and still price was given for £70 and didn't get the brown even put in

Ant came up with some amazing designs and I keep coming back very good pricing and I always recommend and the rest off the team always keep you laughing

I've been going to Frizzles regularly since they opened over 30 years ago. It's not just about getting my haircut, but a meeting place where see old friends you haven't seen for years. Where you catch up on the local gossip. Where you can relax and have a few laughs with the staff and customers and put the world to it's rights. I look forward to my regular visits.

Took my 15 year old daughter to get her nose pierced from the upstairs tattoo and piercing place extremely friendly and professional very welcoming and accommodating.

My granddauter comes here 2 have her hair washed and restyled, a lovely young lady dose her hair for her, As she sits 4 around 2hours . It a small frendly hairdreeses in britwell were they alwsys make u welcome

I visited this salon today and asked for a full head of highlights done by foils and a cut, restyle and blow-dry, my hair was short at the beginning just above my shoulders and I had a an old tint still growing out! I expected the highlights to completely cancel out the old colour and leave my hair looking bright with no visible signs of the old colour, this did not happen, instead my hair colour looks quite dull and very patchy with roots showing my old bland colour! I also explained to the stylist of how I would like the cut to be and showed her a picture several times of what I wanted, the cut is terrible with one side noticibly longer than the other, the stylist didn't even show my the finished result so I have no idea how the back looks, also I was originally quoted £75 all in but on the day she charged me £85!! I left the salon and cried because my hair looks worse now even before I visited!! I'm so upset and feel cheated!! It was supposed to be a treat and to make myself feel better but instead I feel the complete opposite!! I will never step foot in this salon again!!!!
