Omnitub Deep Soaking Whirlpool Baths

Not only do we love our very luxurious deep soaking tub, we really loved the customer service received from Omnitub! They worked tirelessly to ensure delivery was kept to our builder’s schedule and Ollie deserves a huge mention. He actually returned to working on our order in the evening after having watched an England World Cup match with his son, which I couldn’t quite believe when I heard. Thank you so much Ollie, nobody can question that kind of dedication to customer service!

Can't fault them, good advice from Ollie & co throughout the process, shipping to northern ireland is annoyingly expensive, with sometimes extra fees after checkout but it's out of Omnitub's control.DHL driver delivered a little too early and was abrupt with us about the size, but we were able to get it into the house ourselves without needing them to assist us.The tub itself looks structurally fantastic, have yet get panels around it and use it, but our contractor had an effortless install with it, great looking product so far, excited to use it when it dries (we got a 1600 x 800 which is nice and spacious for us as a couple, moreso when it's just me! A much needed product for UK and Ireland, we were missing the deeper, sometimes wider tubs we were able to use in Japan.

Great product that we bought twice and recommended around us. Price got up with Brexit for EU customers but still worth it for such a unique and high quality bathtub. Would have rated higher but the customer service after placing the order was quite rude and unpleasant.

Takes over an hour to fill and a palaver to empty.We had our omnitub double fitted in November 2020, since then we have been beset with problems. We purchased the filler and the waste from the website so presumed they would be fit for purpose. Sadly, that is not the case. The bath takes over an hour to fill (very impractical) and then once full the water is too heavy for the pop up waste to pop up. Neither the plumbers nor Omnitub want to take responsibility so we've been forced to go to small claims. Buyer beware. From a design point of view, it is almost impossible to clean without a mop or access from 2 sides. Amazing company. I had a very narrow room, 930mm that I wanted to fit a bath in. They were able to provide the perfect solution. Customer service was also top-notch. Walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Great support by the team before buying. It arrived on time and the fitters had no problem installing it.I love it only issue is I need a bigger water tank installed to fully fill it for a proper soak. Check the volume befor you proceed is my top tip.

When we happened upon Omnitub whilst looking at options for our shorter than normal bath recess we fell in love. The bath is extremely good quality and everything we expected, to add to this the service from Ollie was amazing. I messaged on WhatsApp with a couple of queries and he responded straight away, he even called me to discuss options and talk me through what I needed with the upmost patience. Now the tub is in and we have been using it, it has added a real touch of luxury to our new bathroom and should we update a bathroom in future we would not hesitate to order another of these glorious tubs!

Absolutely incredibly pre and post sales customer service. Our order was missing an item, I called up and before I could tell them what I was missing they actually told me! They then put it on an guaranteed next day service.As far as the bath itself, it seems incredibly solid for a fibreglass one. Unfortunately I have yet to actually use it as a bath.

Very different and absolutely fantastic alternative to *conventional* baths.I have an Omnitub Duo in my own bathroom and after two years of use, I am absolutely delighted. Compared to a regular bath, the key advantages are -# You can *completely* immerse your body into the water, no body parts sticking out# It is *so* much more comfortable to sit inside an Omnitub than it is to semi-recline inside a conventional bath# The water remains hot far, far longer, you can stay inside basically as long as you like - hours if you want!# The small footprint is ideal for smaller bathrooms# The seated position inside the bath makes it easy to watch a video or read a book whilst soakingI had my bathroom fitters install my tub and despite never having seen one before they found it simple and easy to build a frame for it and install it. The one question they had about installation of the waste was effectively resolved by a call to Jim at Omnitub and overall support from Jim was great, from pre-sales to delivery and after-sales.These are *different* and I understand caution but honestly, I am such a big fan of my Omnitub that I would recommend most people at least consider them as an alternative to conventional baths.Within my small bathroom it is tricky to take pictures that do the tub justice but I have uploaded several photos to show what a tub looks like installed.
