I bought an iPhone 8 last year - supposedly new. When I was setting it up I noticed a phone number logged on it. Took it that it was them checking it. I went back in a few weeks later to let them know that people said they couldn’t hear me when I was talking. They said there was nothing wrong with it and I just had to hold the phone closer. I have had to have a new battery this week and took it to a different shop. I mentioned the microphone and when checked he said it was broken and should have been replaced. I will not be giving them my custom again.

Well I've rated 2 stars for the moment. I've had it supposedly fixed due to over heating. I gets it back home. The disc drive isn't working. Won't let me insert disc.. then it turned itself off and won't come back on

Tried a few mobile shops in Huddersfield then a friend sent me to Buzz. They were friendly and very professional. I went in thinking I would need a new phone which they could have sold me. However, they were very honest and told me that a simple battery replacement was all I needed which only took them 20 minutes. Cheerful, light hearted banter made the visit to this shop a pleasure. Head and shoulders above all the other mobile shops in Huddersfield. Highly recommended.

These guys helped me out with an old iPhone that wouldn’t take a charge, took it apart worked some magic and now its fixed. Wouldn’t take any money, honest guys, definitely my go to phone shop in future, thanks

I recommend this place highly, I took my oppo reno in to get the screen & display ribbon replaced as it was displaying static pixels an the screen was hanging off completely, he sorted it same day an even went out of his way to collect the parts from Manchester himself an delivered by hand to my door. Plus It only cost £75 which is amazing.I owe this man so much for the noble acts he has shown I am very grateful as I have my phone back safe an sound working like new.

Great service. Arrived thinking that I needed a new phone...one minute laater I was told there was no issue with the phone - it just needed to adjust after.coming from abroad. Thank you very much. Went in expecting to pay £££, left paying nothing.

Absolutely top notch service, delivered with a smile at a bargain price! Went to a few before hand, trying to charge considerably more for a simple repair. Came to Buzz, and phone fixed within minutes, for a great price. Highly recommended!
