Didn't hesitate with going with Aconveyancing after speaking with Debbie Coleman. Very clear and understanding on what we both needed to do. Communication was regular and clear. I've had bad experiences with 2 other firms previously but from having an offer accepted on July 4th and be moving in on August 25th I don't think I need to say much more. Fast and effective! There was no new/hidden fees at the end which I haven't had before either. I cant be more thankful after explaining my personal circumstances with Debbie how fast she pushed this through for me. 5⭐️ and a job well done!!

An overall good" experience which could have been improved by a little more clarity and explanation as the process went on. Sometimes we were left a little confused and frustrated at where we were up to and how long we had left until exchange could take place without the best access to obtaining this information.Towards the end though (the exchange process and completion) the communication issues were certainly redeemed."

Do be warned they won’t deal with your case if you have received money that has originated from outside of the UK as they don’t have the resources. Plenty of other solicitors would be ok with this. This wasted a couple of months of our time before we found this out and were forced to switch to a different solicitor.I feel a lack of resources also explains why communication and progress felt very slow. I feel the large number of 5 star reviews here is drawing in more work than they can cope with.

Great people to deal with. Very helpful and patient. We needed a couple of probates sorting and Deborah Perry has been impressive in that respect. We are also in the midst of selling two properties plus another purchase. Kimberly Osborne has been an absolute star helping us out in person with all the paperwork involved. It is a pleasure dealing with Aconveyancing and my wife and I can highly recommend them.

I took the risk of moving from my long term trusted conveyancer and A conveyancing did not disappoint. Was happy that all quotes and forms were online which made life easier, and Charlotte was just amazing. As I was forced to pull out of a property at the last minute due to the lack of action from the Burchell Edwards recommended solicitors (which they tried and failed to force me to use, best decision I made) Charlotte pulled out all the stops to complete an auction property (cash purchase) in around just 10 days which has got to be a record even for me. She always answered questions and communication was incredible. Thank you :)
