not much point putting opening times on the website if they are wrong... drove from Reading to find store closed ... website says open. 3 other customers .. whilst I was writing this turnt up to find it closed... not good...

Very disappointing experience overall ordering with their website. Waiting still days later for them to get back to me to resolve an order problem encountered. They've not sent one item ordered at all. They've sent replacement items for things I ordered without asking or informing me first beforehand too. The outcome of how they now proceed in this will be a making or breaking of whether I would ever again trust them with an order. So far, sadly very poor customer service indeed provided to me. Don't seem to care much at all for anyone spending money with them is my current experience. Not very good at all. Poor communication on phone. No communication returned at all by email reply. At present I'm short one item from my order, so I'm still five pounds out of pocket. I didn't get four things I ordered sent as I ordered, but replacements I didn't order. Not impressed. Would not ever order from this company again. Will never trust them again.

i have spent copious of pounds in this shop the staff are always helpful the gear is top notch and the prices very reasonable and because i have shopped there so often most of the staff know me and and what i like

The old woman in the Camberley store was unscrupulous, short tempered with bad attitude. I know she is in her last stage of life but why she couldn’t be respectful, lovable and humble instead being disdainful? She seemed mentally sick and racist too. The way she dealt with the customer was awful and racially aggravated. I wonder, how this kind of sick granny is there as a shop keeper. She should be relaxing at home not in the shop. I would suggest the management team to scrutinise this issue and resolve this issue immediately to avoid further disappointments and clash with other customers in the future. I won’t be going back there until this mentally ill lady is kicked out from there. Bottom line- She MUST NOT be there whatsoever.24/12/22Thanks.

Good camping and hiking gear, reasonable prices, friendly straight-forward staff who will help you out if you need it. I always buy my camping and festival gear from here.
