The Spokesman Bicycle Workshop

Fantastic customer service. During a 2-day tour of Surrey Hills, disconcerting noises started to come from the bike. Luckily I was passing Spokesman Workshop on second day, and, without any delay or payment, the bike was fixed. In fact, another long-standing issue was also resolved. What more could you ask for? .

Best in the guildford area (and beyond) by far! Been riding in the area 20+ years - no one gets close . Got me out of holes that others wouldnt touch! James and the team are top blokes, a great bike shop.

Brilliant customer service and great workmanship. Went in to get a disc released off a wheel set and then needed tubeless wheels re-sealing. Both times they turned the items around quickly and without a fuss. Will be making this my regular shop from now on. Also great stock of muc off products

Briefly stopped here whilst out riding, James was extremely helpful and sorted my Di2 issue immediately.Not the closest bike shop but certainly one I'll be traveling to in future.

The team here are fantastic, taken my bike in after having mechanicals on two occasions now and both times they've managed to get me home. Couldn't rate them highly enough. I will make the 100 mile round trip next time the bike needs a service.

Punctured outside this Saturday. They replaced the tube and sold me a lovely new set of gator skins to boot. Turns out the punctures were from a bodged spoke replacement in another shop! These guys however, are really friendly and know their stuff. Will be using them for servicing and repairs going forwards.

I live in London and needed some help from a team I could trust to diagnose problems I had with my current bike (BMC SLC01). I found Spokesman through a friends recommendation and called them up to see if they had space to look at my bike. There are many options in London for someone to look at my bike but I would’ve been waiting weeks and not necessarily get the level service I needed as a result. On the previous service I had on my bike, Spokesman identified a number of issues that hadn’t been addressed and could’ve potentially been very dangerous to ride if left untreated. I liked the manor in which my request was dealt with every step of the way, the willingness to explain the diagnosis of issues, tips for my specific bike maintenance and the humble nature these guys have.I would happily venture out of London to visit Tom and the guys again

As always, absolutely brilliant service from very friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to get to and park. Highly recommend, wouldn't use anyone else in Surrey and have tried a lot of bike repair stores over the years!

Excellent friendly service. Matt spotted the problem straight away and fixed it on the spot. After he rode with me for a 1 km to make sure there were no other issues. I was hugely relieved to find someone who could quickly fix the issue enabling me to continue my ride. The team at the Spokesman are brilliant I won’t use anyone else. Nigel
