Very poor service rang four time they said they would fine out what time delivery would be not one person call me back then called back to ask why??all I got was excuse , if I did not know were my staff was and beable to contact them even text them and get replies so I can plan jobs may be get new managers to run a business

After checking all the usual big companies" I found they couldn't deliver in the time frame I needed. Phoned GBS at just after 5pm in the hope they'd be able to help and was delighted to find they were cheaper and could deliver on any day I needed! Brilliant service delivered early on the day I requested. Even happier knowing I'm supporting a local business. Highly recommended."

Rude service. In my last two visits to Garforth Building Supplies. The first I was ignored whilst the staff talked amongst themselves, one staff member was smoking in the shop. The only redeeming feature was one young member of staff in the yard who helped me. The 2nd visit today 12 of June. I was half way through the transaction when the person serving answered his phone and walked off. The other member of staff present just ignored me. Politeness and common civility costs nothing. It seems to be now missing from what used to a pleasant place to shop.

I've been trading with Garforth Building Supplies for over a decade, and their service has always been excellent. The office staff that take the orders are great, the yard staff who pick the orders are very accurate, and drivers are polite and patient.

Brilliant service with a laugh or two thrown in for good measure. More importantly cost were better than everywhere else, delivery price was sensible, range of products (I wanted so things decking) we great, delivery driver was excellent. Great team
