King of the Castle Scotland

Highly recommend king of the castle Scotland. These guys went above and beyond to help us out for our little boys birthday, they went out their way to deliver outside their usual cover area, just to help us out and the service was 5 star. On time, so friendly and immaculate castles. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for that extra special party service. Amazing.

We used King of the Castle for our little ones 5th birthday. Andrew was great to communicate with and helpful in recommending a suitable venue. He was on time, set up and made sure everything was just right. We had the inflatable shark, bouncy castle, disco, Diddy cars and hot dog steamer. This took all the hassle out of planning. Laura stayed on site to make sureeverything went well and was so helpful throughout the party I would highly recommend. We will be using Andrew and his team again.many thanks, the kids had a ball!

Ordered the baby shark package, bouncy castle, ball pit and Didi cars. The pictures clearly shown that four cars would be provided (every picture that had Didi cars in it had at least four for this package) but only two were provided. The owner was rude and quick to end the conversation. There was no apology for the missing cars.For the amount of children two cars were not enough - hence the reason we ordered a package with four shown. When the party ended and the package was being dismantled my partner spoke to the owner saying that two was not enough for her guests and would have liked to have been told beforehand". The owner replied "The van was full to the brim this morning this employee sat with these on his knees for your party!". (Not the customers fault and he should either buy a bigger van or manage his business better). He then tried to explain that the cars were free in the package but it does not state this anywhere on the website. After this his aggression raised and rather than try and talk to my partner he was quick to say "How about you don't book us ever again". If we were told with plenty of time we wouldn't have booked and my partner should not be spoken to like this in any regard let alone on our childs party day. The owner is truly rude

We had Chloe supervise today for my sons party, she was amazing, will definitely be booking again and requesting her to come out :) castles were on time and service was brilliant

I always recommend king of the castle to my family and friends. Andrew always keeps all his castles and equipment in the best condition, every set up is done safely, he doesn’t compromise on safety which is the biggest thing for myself as a parent when booking anything for my children. His booking system is extremely easy, I like the updates keeping me informed of when my castle will arrive. Excellent service!

Recently hired the 3D dinosaur bouncy castle for our sons 9th birthday party.Second time using the company - excellent service and my son and all his friends loved it.They were also very accommodating around times and I Appreciated that.Thanks again - will recommend to all my Friends and fam and defo use again.

These guys were superb. Comms were great, tremendous value for money and their member of staff that supported our party, Laura, was brilliant. Can't recommend enough. 5* easy!

Booked for toddlers birthday party in our local hall and it was a great success. Will definitely be booking with King of the Castle again, communication with owner was excellent and set up/take down couldn’t have been smoother. Highly recommend.

Great service start to finish. Messaged them first as I was unsure about the whether they were lovely, bouncy castle was set up in the morning and was collected in the evening. Bouncy castle was massive, clean and very well secured. No faults at all, will be using this company again!

Lovely team and great range of bouncy castles. Communication was great and the service very friendly. I had no idea a bouncy castle could be set up so quickly and without a trace of damage to the garden. When the cotton candy machine we had requested wasn’t an option due to staffing, we were offered a range of alternatives to choose from so happy kiddies all around despite the change of plan. The kids loved the bouncy castle, it was huge! We’ll definitely book again.
