Awful ladies in reception! So rude ! Threw my paperwork at me kissed her teeth at me and tried to say I couldn’t empty my car ( rac breakdown lock up ) I needed my kids car seats ! Iv never been spoken to so rudely !!!To make things worse they’ve damaged my car further ! And denied it and was so rude to me !

Very rude staff and don't know how to treat customers. A Very bad experience find another car breakers even if its a little more expensive. Parts not working and company did not replace even though its within the warranty period. Company is selling parts that are not fit for purpose.
