I bought a few times from this company and was very happy. Last order arrived with 1 item missing. A simple mistake to make I am sure. However, the person on the phone would just not have it, despite photographs taken as I unpacked it. She put the phone down on me and would just not answer the phone to me after that. It was only 1 item for a couple of pounds, but I will not use them again. So buyer: beware! Great if there are no problems, but lousy customer care if you need it.

Until recently, I was a long time customer, generally happy with service (apart from the odd pack arriving with missing items due to lack of stock and not being informed as such in advance).However I recently experienced some of the most appalling customer service of my life thanks to these guys. Genuine lack of interest in client satisfaction. Take it or leave it attitude. I guess I’ll leave it then.
