Nico & his team were excellent. Professional, expert in his recommendations and the finished job was high quality on our adjoining conservatory and bay window which was leaking. Knows this type of work inside out and understands the bay windows in London period properties in our case especially well. Recommended some great plexiglass options to replace a leaky flashing. Fully recommend.

Nico was great. First class workmanship. Kept us informed constantly, explaining what was needed and what he was doing, and left the site spotless. We've had an issue with this roof for a while and I'm very confident Nico has brought an end to our anxieties. I only wish we'd found him years ago. Nico and his mate came promptly to replace my old, leaky gutters and downpipe and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. Communication with Nico was excellent from start to finish. Nico is very professional and friendly, and takes pride in delivering quality work. He brings a drone with him on initial inspections which saves on access issues and gives the customer a good overview of issues. During the work he kept us very well informed about the process, and even managed to do some extra work for us. Nico is in high demand but will respond promptly with quotes and do his best to fit you into his schedule. Would definitely recommend and will be returning to him for any additional work.

Nico did a great job repairing our very leaky roof. He was extremely conscientious and thorough in terms of the work he carried out and also in making sure we were happy with everything and also tidying up all around the work area and beyond. He was punctual, helpful and the work he proposed to carry out and the costs involved were very clear and exactly as he outlined right from the off. This is the second time Nico has worked on our roofs, first was re-slating an extension, this time renovating the main roof of our Victorian 4 story pile. . The fact that we wanted him back tells you a lot about Nico. He is unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and professional. He uses a drone survey to identify concerns and explains and shows you the details. He provides a detailed quotation and turns up on time as agreed and works and gets the job done in the time he specified, He and his team know their trade and provide a great service including comprehensively tidying up at the end of the job. I am please we called on Nico again and will use him the next time we have any concerns on our roof.
