Thank you Halfords Hertford team for being so accommodating. I needed to come in for my 4 tyre change earlier than booked and they carried out the work first thing in the morning today when they were at their busiest. Thank you so much team.

If I had the option I would give them 10 stars. Alex and Rob really did well, most funny interactive and friendliest people there. Absolutely kind and efficient in their work. 100% recommend!!

Good service and well organised and a job well done. Only thing questionable is the costs I’m sure the prices they are charging for repairs that you could go direct to a main dealer for your vehicle and pay the same so for that knocking a couple of stars off , other garages are up to 20% cheaper but this is the trouble with going to a national company I guess.For Work done and communication and general politeness 5 stars

If I could give zero stars I would. I rang up a few days beforehand to arrange to have a tyre changed, I picked a specific tyre over the phone and was reassured that they would fit it for me while I waited. I then drive through rush hour traffic to find that they hadn't ordered the tyre. They were rude, dismissive and I didn't even get a basic apology for the time wasted. While I was there a man who works for Halford was exceptionally rude and aggressive to another customer, it was probably the worst example of needlessly rude behaviour to a customer I've ever seen. I went to Kwik Fit next door who were polite, helpful and accommodating, I'd definitely recommend Kwik Fit.

Took my car for an mot and serviceVery good service.Alex called me to confirm work needed for mot before going ahead.He also called second time later in the same day to confirm car was finished both mot and service and ready for collection.Very efficient service from both Alex and Elliot did a great job Thankyou.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.Disgraceful place. They don't complete work correctly, fit different tyres on front wheels and they DEFINETLY DON'T CARRY OUT TRACKING. My partner took her car in and had to take her car elsewhere for an MOT after. They told her she was lucky to make it there without a tyre blowing out. The image below was how the tyre was fitted. The tracking was so out of alignment that the tyres would've been bald in 2months.Don't even bother contacting them, they talk to you as if they're doing you a favour.

I have been bringing my car here for two years now for servicing, MOT and general repairs. Alex, Elliot and the team are always super efficient and I’ve never had a bad experience with this garage. The team are reliable, knowledgeable and have always been able to help me even when there have been tricky electrical issues on my car.

Failed my mot which is fine, got the works done that was advised at different garage for less than half the cost. tried to book in for a retest and I was fobbed off. Went to a different MOT centre to find out that they had added many advisories which weren't a problem to be added to advisories. Joke of a company. Will not be going back there. The men there were loud and rude at the front desk. I think being a woman had something to do with the treatment I received .

Just had my MOT done. Excellent service. The team do what they say they will do exactly when they say they will. Super efficient service. Thanks a lot G Stokes and colleagues. See you next year.
