The vet hadn't seen my dog before but spent time reading the report and results of his allergies and offered to print them out for me. When I asked if there was any medication for his nervousness when on his walks, she also spent time comparing the ingredients with his results and googled one which she hadn't heard of.Receptionist was also very pleasant and friendly as usual.

Our dog had sustained a nasty rip injury to is ear as of a result of a scrap with another dog. The vets were able to see to his injury at short notice of my calling them. The injury was operated on and our dog was back home within 4 hours of my initial call.

My dog got rushed in on Friday night-the vet and nurse stayed late to help him and at no point did I feel it was too much trouble. They showed great kindness to my dog and the decision to send him to referral centre was made quickly and explained thoroughly. Beatriz and Ella should be recognised for their outstanding care.

I have found that the vets you have in are obviously paid a salary and are not with you for long as it is more of a less permanent position to gain experience. Are actually the best vets. They really care and want to help. And are not just after your money as a pet owner.

It's a very efficient and friendly service although very expensive. A health check, vaccinations and flea treatment set me back £150. I shall be looking into the health care plan for sure.

Great service on an emergency appointment after a call the night before. Not a long wait and seating area available which was good to place cat basket in as a few dogs walking around. I didn't go in to the examination room (cat can be boisterous so thought they'd need space !) Very pleasant vet who took time to give a good explanation and all covered by insurance. Nice to be able to look around the shop at the same time and see the dogs in the parlour being pampered..flat shop with good access on one level with free parking. Just try to stay away from rush hour when queues into the area are heavy.

I found all members of staff extremely friendly, polite and informative. I had never taken a pet for surgery before, so was quite anxious about it and really appreciated the reassurance from the staff. They were all very kind and caring with our pup, I would highly recommend. Thank you.
