Phase Eight

Went to get my mum a mother of the bride outfit! Sharon and her colleague were sooo helpful! They help pick and style the perfect outfit. Shoes bag the lot. Made the whole experience really fun and exciting!

This branch of Phase Eight is managed very well and the staff are very helpful indeed. I went there to buy an outfit and the sales assistant who helped me, Annie Lea was excellent. All the staff are very good.Elizabeth Wilson.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the beautiful ladies working at Phase Eight today; Sharon and Karen. Having had a baby 9 months ago and struggling to love my new body, I was dreading shopping for an outfit for a wedding next week. Arriving at the store, I was met with warmth and kindness, and a desire to really make me feel good. The ladies helped choose outfits, even entertaining my 9 month old daughter whilst I tried on lots of different outfits. They were extremely knowledgeable about suitable colours and the cut of the clothing, and were honest with their opinions on how I looked. I left with 3 outfits, 2 tops and shoes; wedding ready, and couldn’t be more grateful to Sharon and Karen-thank you both xx

My mum & I had outstanding service today. The two ladies were so helpful and could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much effort. Thank you very much.

I went into your Truro store on Tuesday 24th October, there were 3 shop assistants on duty and not one of them said hello or even acknowledged me.I was intending buying a Christmas party dress, but two of the staff were showing each other the outfits they had chosen for uniform and were distracted by this. The other member of staff was serving somebody but once the customer had left, there was no acknowledgment from them either that I was even in the store. There were no other customers in the store, I was the only one. I left the store as I was not impressed with the very poor customer service!!A sale was lost there, I purchased a beautiful dress from Monsoon instead.

An extremely helpful assistant called Annie in the Truro branch.Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to assist me in my purchase of a wedding outfit.A very lovely lady who deserves recognition.

Decided to give the Truro store another try this Wednesday. Exact same awful level of service as before. Was in there nearly 10 minutes before any acknowledgement, not even a hello, this was looking at occasion wear with my mother in law to be. It took me literally walking from one section of occasion to another carrying a fascinator before I got do you need any help?". Obviously by this stage I was not feeling like shopping there. I can get phase eight in John Lewis

Me and my mother went into the truro shop today...wat a joy!...looking for an outfit for my mum to wear to my wedding...i think the assistant was called Michelle? Lovely lady.. talked my mum into a dress she would never have chosen for herself...and looked amazing.. (my mum is 79 this year!)..thank u so much ladies xx

15.03.22 Myself and 3 friends came into store late this afternoon, looking for an outfit for a wedding, as we walked through the door your assistant checked the time on her watch and closed the door behind us, very unwelcoming and rude, not even a smile or hello. There were in fact 2 staff members and neither of them spoke or offered any assistance. There are some beautiful clothes in store, but unfortunately disappointing customer service for phase eight.

Personally I always find everyone very friendly and helpful, I always enjoy a chat to Ann the Manager and if I need anything I can usually find it. Yes the experience is good overall. However trying to place an order should be much more straightforward & less time consuming so maybe the system should be a little more customer friendly (just a thought)
