When everyone else failed, Intus helped us move to our new apartment. Katrina was super friendly and helpful and even other staff members are extremely professional and helpful. Unlike other letting agencies, Intus delivers without any BS!

Had a fantastic and seamless experience moving into our new property with Intus! Katrina was absolutely fantastic; she is such a credit to the team for being both so friendly and brilliant at her job too!She was so pleasant to work with throughout the process, from viewing the property, to keeping in constant contact with us through referencing, paperwork etc. and answering all our questions - nothing felt like it was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend!

I'm an international student coming to Sheffield to do my PhD. Almost half of the apartment agents in Sheffield are very perfunctory about student renting. I couldn't get a timely response from other agents, and by the time I got a response, the house had already been rented.Dayna has been very quick and polite since replying to my first email and quickly arranged for me to have a look at the apartment. As I need international transfer to rent an apartment, I need more companies and housing information, but the communication between Dayna and me is always timely and rapid, which makes me deeply admire. The professional ability of Dayna makes me sigh, and I highly recommend you to use Intus Lettings's service.

I had a terrible experience with this agency.. 100% not recommended. I will briefly explain my experience.. I had rented a 2 bedroom flat in August 2022 in November 2022 I notice that Manchester was not the city that suited my family.. I therefore decide to return to London and continue our old life. The contract said that if I found him coming to live in our place, they would give us back the deposit amount given. We have found the people so at the time of the new contract for the new tenants the agency decides to make a new contract and does not take over ours by only changing the names. Believe me never seen such a rude agency . PS if they have the opportunity to rebate you money they will do it without any problem. for example they stole 1222 pounds from me. In 2023 this is certainly an absolute disgrace. There are no 0 stars otherwise this would have been the score you deserve.

Katie and Laura have been absolutely phenomenal with their communication before renting the property and after.I would like to thank them both personally for their professionalism, time-keeping skills, honesty and superb timely communications and fast responses to all emails whether inquiries or asking for maintenance with the property.I have started renting with them as my letting agent and I plan to continue doing so as long as I possibly can.A massive thank you to you guys.

Katrina has been super helpful and accommodating. I relocated to the UK and it was my time renting an apartment abroad. Katrina answered all my questions and made the entire move seamless & pleasant.I was also greeted with a lovely welcome box with some snacks and treats. Both Intus Lettings Sheffield but mostly Machester messed up with me for quite some time during the leave of my tenancy which may have been a long time but the experience was enough.I requested to leave my tenancy 2 months earlier without paying the last 2 months of my rent and there was a written agreement from a person of authority that I could do that as long as a new tenant was found (this statement overwrites the contract legally). They told me the new tenant was indeed found, so I handed in the keys - however Intus decided to ask me to pay full rent for those last two months even though there was an agreement and I wasn't vacating the property anymore. There was a dispute between me and Intus for a few weeks and they were inventing their own reasons that weren't included in the contract. Regardless, suddenly the new 'found' tenant decided to not move in the flat and Intus insisted that I needed to pay rent even though I had no access in the flat anymore.Moreover, I asked for the flat to be cleaned by them only if a new tenant was planning to move in, otherwise I would do it myself and we agreed on that. However, they decided to do their own thing and clean the flat themselves and then charge me the cleaning fee, instead of honouring the agreement.Should I list about the broken things that were taking forever to be fixed or that they left me without heating for approximately 1 month in the middle of the winter?!I will only give 2 stars because Rob from the Sheffield branch is the only one genuine I could speak with.

I had a really easy move into my new flat using Intus due to Katrina who was helping me. She was so attentive and responsive to ensure I could move into the flat as soon as possible. Her professionalism helped the move go really smoothly and she didn't hesitate to answer any questions/help out in anyway. Great service!
