They have looked after our old farmhouse for the past 10 years, installing boilers, new water systems, oil tanks, new pipework, and many other general plumbing issues that have arisen.Their team of engineers are always punctual, have a vast professional knowledge, and are a joy to work with. You’ll be glad to know they’re also house trained.. so your home and interiors are always protected! the team in the back office are an absolute delight and always juggle things around if there is a problem. The services manager Craig was fantastically helpful in a difficult situation where my holiday let guests were without hot water or heating due to a broken fan in the combo boiler. I was calling from France on a Saturday morning, desperate after a dozen fruitless efforts to find an engineer and spare part. He was calm and efficient and got the job done, keeping me informed along the way. Very happy with this professional service!

Pat and his team installed a new heating system at Pevensey Bay’s newest restaurant - “Massilia Bay”. The installation of the copper pipe work and brass fittings was so professionally done that we decided to lacquer it and make it a feature of the new venue. The team is always on hand to quickly respond to all our other plumbing needs.We have found their prices to be highly competitive and I would thoroughly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating requirements. We had an oil leak (very strong smell of oil though the house.) I rang SJ Feist on Thursday and they arranged for an Engineer to call and repair the leak the very next day. I was so impressed that they were able to help me out at short notice and get the boiler working again. I am always impressed by the quality of their engineers and highly recommend them for everything plumbing and heating. Thank you :)

Hired them for a boiler repair. First attempt they said it was the pump and replaced that - it wasn't the pump. Second attempt - they accidentally broke a part of the screen and left. Third attempt - they managed to fix, but left a cover of soot in the surrounding room. Weak communication skills from the office manager - their default mindset is whatever work they do must have been necessary and should be charged in full, even when it demonstrably didn't fix the problem or was self-created damage. I won't be using them again.

We have used the team at feist on a number of occasions now and can’t speak highly enough of them. We’ve used them for aga and boiler servicing but they have also supported us through oil tank issues and over the phone. Craig and the team are wonderful. They are so helpful, genuinely care and go above and beyond to support you. Nancy is also a pleasure to work with and is always really helpful when scheduling and getting support over the phone. Always excellent service from this company ! We use them to service our oil fired boiler once a year and our oil fired Aga every six months ! We always ask for the same service engineer (Craig) as he knows our appliances inside out ! He is always on time very neat and tidy and most courteous ! He is always happy to offer advice and recommendations and explains what he is doing every step of the way ! Can’t fault his work in any shape or form ! Would highly recommend this company ! SJ Feist installed a new oil heating boiler central heating system and Hive system at our residence, as well as a complete overhaul of our oil Aga. From initial quote and advice to final installation and aftercare, their services have been excellent. They also regularly service the Aga cooker to a high standard and always offer tips and extra advice, and have continued to offer quick help via telephone, email and WhatsApp. Their engineers are very friendly and it's always a pleasure to have them here working.
