Had a lovely kitchen delivered in May more than enough parts and shelves nothing scrimped. Delivered on time by really friendly guys , wasnt happy with 2 wall corner units the manager came out and could see my problem. After a bit of persuading agreed to change them . Thank you Emma for the planning very friendly and helpful.Kitchen was fitted by one of their fitters Ryan excellent job lovely guy done to a high standard and cleaned up after each visit. Even came back to refit the plinths after floor fit. Thanks Ryan. Highly recommend.

No one understands the importance of aftercare; until you've had to deal with 'KAREN' from customer service saying she can't help you with a £1.85 soft close draw mechanism because her stock says it's been 100%" booked out (that actually happened to me at Howdens on a £5k kitchen! 'it wasn't Karen tho').Benchmarx epitomise customer service

I asked for a kitchen design and Emma delivered this on the first plan. Excellent.Delivery of goods through Covid times was also very good. One item damaged but returned and a new one delivered ASAP.Quality of units worktops and appliances excellent again. This is the second time I have used Benchmarx as I had a utility room fitted in the same design a couple of years ago.Definitely recommend this company without hesitation.
