Costa Coffee
Terrible customer service especially by a small female barista with dark hair. They can’t make drinks properly, all the syrup/sauce is lurking at the bottom which on a large drink with cream is quite hard to mix by the customer. Please get more training and learn how to communicate with customers without attitude.

One staff member!Large young dark hair “lady” insisted on being rude and literally arguing with customers at 7am. It was embarrassing to see and to think her job is to serve people!

Staff with terrible customer service & need training in hospitality. The lunch time Barista serving drive thru was rude, reluctant to be informative of the cakes available, did not listen, spoke abruptly, did not provide a receipt or confirm the cost until asked 3 times, was unaware of the app reward and provided a cheesecake upside down in a bag. I'm actually disappointed as weekly staff are usually quite efficient.

Although a great coffee and chocolate the all male staff spent more time taking the piss out of people through their headsets and quite bad when a female customer came in and they were clearly making comments about her on their headsets and then laughing I found it quite uncomfortable knowing what they were saying . Not very good customer service I’m afraid

The staff here are brilliant, thank you so much for looking after me whenever I visit.Costa as a chain has dropped standards in their food and coffee over the last few years, which is a shame.

Just been through the drive through to be greeted by a gentleman with a horrible attitude. He did not sound as though he wanted to be there and he tutted at me during the order. I drove round to the window to be given a drink that I did not order and when I addressed this with him, he rolled his eyes at me. Its safe to say I will not be returning.

Interesting to see another comment about a large young lady with loads of tattoos with an uninterested demeanor and cold customer service skills. We spend a lot of money for Costa coffee, I should at least expect a warm welcome and to be able to have my coffee and hot chocolate presented in cups; not 'takeaway' cups! Even then, the chocolate sprinkles 'dumped' on the coffee seemed burnt. The croissant we asked for was shoved in a bag and not on a plate. The tattooed clad young lady waiting at the exit door to throw us out! There was 20mins before closing when we arrived - this was poor lazy service.

Craig, Darcie and Mya helped me massively when I was stranded in the car park. They were super kind and saved my sanity!Had a drink while I was waiting and they were made efficiently and to perfection.I’m so grateful for their hospitality and support.
