This is a wonderful, caring family business! Throughout the whole process Caroline has been so kind and compassionate. I had spent months researching exactly what I wanted for my parents’ gravestone and had a very exact size, colour and wording in mind. It was quite lengthy, so I worried it might not all fit on the stone, but Caroline spent a great deal of time over a couple of visits, chatting like an old friend, supporting me and helping me tweak it slightly to fit, whilst not losing the meaning. Then Chris carved it all beautifully onto the stone, also adapting images I wanted. It was completed in a very short time and was erected beautifully.I returned soon afterwards to have an engraved vase made in the same stone and again, received kindness and willingness to meet my words as closely as possible. The vase was again beautifully carved and quickly completed.I was extremely pleased and grateful and highly recommend Cleevely Memorials to provide a very understanding and high-quality service.

I dealt with Cleevely Memorials when my lovely Dad passed away. I went to see them with my Mum and the whole experience was just amazing considering the state of mind we were in.The compassion, patience and understanding shown was palpable from start to finish. They staff at Cleevely Memorials are all very professional, friendly and considerate.In what I imagine is a very sensitive industry, they are the very best and I can honestly say that they went the extra mile for us with our requests and demands.The headstone we chose was a very specific tribute to my Dad which required extraordinary attention to detail. They really did us proud and my family and I could not have been more pleased with the finished product.I love them all for what they did for my family.

We used this company 17years ago, for my father's headstone. Then again10years ago when we lost our mother. Recently for a cremation stone for my mother in law. Really helpful company
