Can't praise them enough, they were marvellous when I went to the shop, very helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. The carpet was a very good quality and very reasonably priced. The carpet fitters came on time and did a fantastic job laying the carpet and even hoovered after. Would highly recommend Tapi Carpets and would definitely go back. Paula Strachan

Samples were good and on time, 5 star. Emailed store to setup an order for 6 carpets and underlay, no reply 4 star. Called store, no answer 3 star. Booked for home visit, no consultants cover this area. 2 star - ordered elsewhere.

Recently ordered carpets, no pushy salespeople, left alone to browse the carpets.Once the choice was made the salesman was really helpful with his advice.As for the carpet fitters, what an absolute perfect job, well done lads.It was a nice touch when a lady phoned me a week later to ask how things went.From start to finish, perfect.Would I recommend Tapi Carpets.Most definitely.Thanks again.

We ordered stairs, landing and bedroom carpets from Tapi Carpets and Floors, LLANELLI. The sales staff were informative and helpful, the carpets arrived on time and the 2 carpet fitters did an excellent job. We also had a follow up call to ask if the carpets and service were to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Tapi Llanelli. Highly recommended.

Cannot praise this store enough after having my kitchen floor fitted recently. I had very specific preferences for my flooring but thankfully choosing the right floor was made easy because of the wonderful staff. I have been to other carpet stores but this store had the quality of service I needed. As an added bonus, the hot chocolate was nice too! The fitters Jason and Ashley were polite and have done an excellent job. I have already recommended the store to many of my friends, one of whom just had all their downstairs flooring fitted and they moved all her furnuture for her and back. She is now already saving to get all her upstairs fitted too by this Llanelli store because of the service from the staff and fitters. I would recommend this Llanelli store to anyone!

Myself and my wife recently came to tapi carpets looking for something nice for our passage away and wasn't quite sure at the time what to get. The customer service was really great especially Adele, who was very help in deciding what to get. She pointed out the colour of the vinyl. Now that it's fitted it's looks lovely and we are very impressed. This is the second time we have been to tapi carpets and would recommend to anyone.

Had great service and advice in the Llanelli shop. The staff were lovely. Had carpet fitted by Craig who was very nice, polite, did an amazing job of the fitting and was great with my kids and dogs. Would recomend them and i am extreamly happy with my new carpt. Top job, thank you

What a great experience from start to finish. The shop itself is very impressive, fitted out beautifully with enormous choice. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My kitchen floor looks amazing thanks to the people on the shop floor and the professionalism of the fitter. The after sales service is exemplary. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They're outstanding.
