Marlowe Florist

Walked past today, and i suggested to my wife i will get her a nice bunch of flowers. ( flowers were diplayed outside the front of the shop ) roses stated £3.00. So i grabbed a bunch and went in. As i went to pay the shop assistant, the owner of the shop quickly and very very rudely stated they had been priced up wrong and they was not selling them for £3.00. Not only was the situation awkward for me and the poor girl that was serving. The fault was with the shop and in my mind the price should have been honoured. Disgusting behaviour the way the owner acted!!. I shall not be going back and im warning others of the horrid customer service. Not by the lady serving but the actual owner. You should be disgusted at yourself for the way you acted and for how you made me feel and the poor girl serving.

Buyer remorse - took time out of the office to visit an independent store which I thought would have better care and quality. Paid almost twice as much for less than half the same flowers I found in the supermarket on the way home. Most importantly, they were far less fresh and literally no care had been given to the wrapping and presentation whatsoever.

I went to Marlowe florist for my wedding flowers the staff were so friendly and helpfulI, I had to cancel due to covid the first time and they were were more than helpful during this hard time. When my wedding final could be rebooked it took place at St Thomas church two weeks ago the flowers and the service provided were excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone this five star florist.

Marlowe florists deliver an arrangement to my son's grave twice a year, as I can no longer get to Canterbury easily.The flowers have always been superb, and the customer service excellent.A lovely organisation to deal with.

We got our wedding flowers from here (my bridal bouquet and the pinholes for the men) and we have no complaints. We went for a quick meeting and they instantly knew exactly what we wanted. There was no stress regarding the flowers as we knew they had everything under control, and it was delivered straight to my room where I was getting ready. Great service and amazing competent people!

Lovely staff and good prices!Irene was the florist for our recent wedding. She was knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through my options without being condescending. Irene and her team kept me updated despite it being a busy week for them. They took care and attention arranging our flowers, accommodated an extra order at relatively short notice and the whole team were so friendly at collection. This is a fantastic family-run local business and I can highly recommend Irene and her team to anyone looking for an excuse to buy flowers!
