Wow! Made renting a house such a breeze! it was hard to secure a rental with the properties crisis in the area. Kayleigh, Lettings Manager was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from which type the house I would need for my family size.She is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in my family size and our price range! No stars. Absolutely shocking experience. I don't think they've ever heard of the word COMMUNICATION "!!!Put the house up for sale after all the usual promises you'd expect from an estate agent. House was promptly archived when one of their "team "??? left. Viewings get cancelled

Kaylie was very professional and made sure the process was seamless, even when it seemed like i wasn't going to move in on the date agree, she ensured she moved a few meetings around to help my move.
