Bought two pairs of skates from ice locker. Delivered in a couple of days. Great price and communication throughout.

Worst online shopping experience I have had in a long time. Everything I ordered was shown as in stock when I ordered, still took a month to get posted. When it did eventually arrive they sent the wrong item. tried several times to call and email, no response to emails and calls always just blamed it on 'the IT department not being in today so couldn't help'. Eventually had to open a PayPal dispute to get a refund.Would not recommend to anybody!

Awful. Ordered some skates online 2 months ago. They took my money and I've heard nothing. They won't respond to emails. Rang the shop, but they can't or won't discuss online orders. Eventually had to get my card company to refund me. I'm now taking the matter up with Trading Standards.

What ever you do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I order 8 inline wheels for my son's birthday. I called before I ordered to check stock so I placed order, no email so I called them the next day and they said we send manually! Ok I said. 2 days later I checked the order and yes sir they are being sent next day.Today I get a call sorry sir we have no stock! Well it's my son's birthday next week and they just did not care. They said they would refund my monies but after reading others it may take time! Looks like I may pay them a visit at the shop. BE WARNED DO NOT USE BAD BAD BADUPDATE still no refund one week on and they are still advertising stock they do not have and can still take your money. STAY WELL AWAY!

Excellent customer service in store. From both the Nottingham and Sheffield shops. Aaron is mostly in the Nottingham shop whenever we visit and has very helpful and knowledgeable advice to offer.

Bought some ice hockey skates online and they were dispatched the next day! We were unsure if they were pre sharpened so sent them an email and the customer service was top notch! 100% recommend and will be buying from them again!

Delivery was rather quick but it was a size too big. I emailed to find out the return address so that I could exchange if for a smaller size. Absolutely impossible, been over a week and a half now and still no reply from their email, no phone number available anywhere on the internet.A simple size exchange turning into a complete nightmare due to complete lack of customer service. Impossible to get a reply from anywhere or anyone.

Great selection of hockey stuff if you go to the shop. However if you order anything online then expect to wait ages. I finally recieved my hockey jersey which I ordered 6-8 weeks ago. When I ordered it there was no message or email stating this would be the wait time... This seems to be an occurring theme when I've ordered shirts there's usually a delay. The price of the shirts has massively increased to £65-85 when they used to be £50 a jersey for a lot better quality shirt than the ones they are producing now

Ice Locker Nottingham.Not good to go for if you don't live close because delivery is not on time. Also double triple check the blade mounts when purchasing a boot with a pre-attached blade. Double check skate sharpening.Emails are sent and never answered. Phone calls are rarely answered. I brought in my skates with regards to having a blade re-alignment and they had to be sent to Sheffield. Was told that it would take 2 weeks MAX to get them back to my house address. Called after the 2 weeks were over and they still had my skates in the shop. They took my address again and phone number. Was told I would receive my skates 2 days from that call. A few days pass. I call again. They had to take my details again because of change of management. ( records of previous staff lost!!). Waited a few more days and still no skates. Called again. Was promised to get a phone call to be updated with regards to status of the skates. Didn't receive a call. Called again and they had to take my address and phone number again. Staff finally went through with wrapping the skates and putting them in the Carrier office to be delivered.The skates arrive. Nothing has been done to them. Then we realize that the skates hadn't been sharpened correctly from when purchased a month before from the same shop.A waste of 10 pounds on skate sharpening. A waste of 10 pounds on paying for a re-alignment and a waste of waiting 2 weeks extra for nothing. I'd recommend you automate a system for client orders and saving the details on the system rather on paper. Time deserves to be respected so does quality work.Thank you to Sophie for doing something about sending them.

Generally a good experience. Seems to close at odd times and some of the staff are less than helpful.We have purchased items and at a good price.So much more potential there.
