We orded our wedding cake from Cookie Creations. It was beautiful we had 3 different tiers, Victoria Sponge, Lemon and Fruit cake, each cake was absolutely delicious. Tina was lovely taking her time to go through our cake design with us and matched our ribbons and flowers to our colour theme perfectly. Would highly recommend Cookie Creations for your wedding cake.

Honestly we were completely blown away with the cake. They did an incredible job creating exactly what we described (even through multiple redesigns and additions). Everyone loved how unique and different of was compared to a traditional style cake. It surpassed all expectations in design, quality and taste (we took some of the cake away with us afterwards and was eating it for dessert for days haha). We even had our decorator asking who made the cake as they were really impressed.Thankyou so much again for giving us such an amazing cake for our day

Right, before I begin I want to say Tina is a prompt responder to emails and seems nice with her communication before the order was completed. Or rather she was - as she has not responded to me with an apology or anything after I emailed her with the multiple issues I had with my expensive cake. Also on the day of my wedding she gave a very half hearted offer to fix one of the issues of my cake design if I or someone else came to her, which isn’t good business as it wasn’t practical and felt insincere. This offer was conveyed to a friend and not myself as I was busy trying to continue with being a bride.So on to the cake. It was a two tier cake in two flavours and with a distinctive Pacman design along with a Pacman Bride & two ghosts on the top tier. Pacman’s anniversary was also this May and it’s very easy to look up, but I had also sent images. I sent multiple reference pictures of what I wanted; including a drawing of exactly what I expected. It was to be a present to my husband and to my guests. So imagine my surprise when a very dull, not very neat cake turned up (bottom layer’s Buttercream coating was rough and looked like a crumb coat maybe & sprinkles on it had sunk in the icing and no care was put into their placement, top layer was in fondant and neater but fondant ribbon wasn’t closed so had a noticeable gap between it) and for some unknown reason Pacman & Bride were blue - not yellow as their colouring and no ghosts at all on it. Tina had left the cake in the room, but wasn’t there herself so it wasn’t like I could talk to her about it- despite me telling her I was on-site and wanted to see it put in and wanted to thank her on the day.I wish I could say it tasted glorious, which I admit I would have forgiven a lot, but it was only an ok lemon drizzle and the top tier was practically inedible in stodginess. I did email Tina asking for a response but she declined to answer. It is possible she’s a good baker who had an off day/cake. I acknowledge that, but as someone who paid over £200 for a cake, this is still not acceptable business and isn’t much comfort.Obviously, it’s entirely up to you if you want to order cakes from her, but I personally think it’s not a risk worth taking for what is an important occasion that should be memorable for all the good reasons. I’m giving it two stars because a cake did turn up, it wasn’t good etc but it was made and delivered so I acknowledge that.Oh & someone else came to fix some of the issues of my cake for free and to that person I’m thankful.

Tina delivered a beautiful four tiered cake with stunningly delicious coffee and lemon layers. We were over the moon with gorgeous pearl details which matched my dress and how expertly she used real flowers from the florist to tie the cake into the rest of the day. Highly recommend.

Our wedding cake was very pretty but tasted horrible - it felt like eating pure sugar, incredibly sweet and the texture of icing inside was not smooth either. Not a single guest finished their portion of the cake. If you want a good looking cake and you don't care how it tastes, this is the place for you.

Amazing cakes…the lemon drizzle is my absolute favourite but my children like the Victoria sponge. Tina has made several cakes for me…for my Mother in laws 80th, my sister in laws 50th amongst others. She always delivers on the design and taste. Highly recommended!

Tina is very professional and has made a number of beautiful cakes for my family. Her attention to detail is extremely impressive and the cakes are a work of art. I would definitely recommend Tina to anyone wanting a cake for a special occasion.

It was an absolutely pleasure working with Tina who make a cake for our wedding. Prior to the wedding the communication was superb. Tina was friendly and accommodating, she even let us have some cake samples as we struggled to decide on flavours. The cake was absolutely amazing. It tasted and looked superb. Thank you!

Our wedding cake was a 'show stopper' and truly reflected the Christmas wedding theme. The sponge bottom cake was as if you were biting into a cloud it was so delightfully fluffy, creamy and bursting full of flavour. The top fruit cake was luxurious, rich, moist and just how a wedding cake should be. Tina's customer service from start to finish was extremely professional, efficient and personable. Nothing was too much to ask. We would definitely recommend Cookie Creations and in fact we have already booked for Tina to create a 21st birthday cake. I have used Cookie Creations on several occasions, and have always been so impressed, not just with the amazing flavours of the cakes (chocolate orange and coffee being particular favourites!), but also how friendly and professional Tina is with her clients.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for stunning, tasty cakes and excellent customer service.
