Had my new fire and surrounded fitted today and I absolutely love it, the guys couldn’t have been any more helpful and left no mess at all, the service I have received has been excellent from the showroom right through to the installation, I would totally recommend this company.

We decided to purchase a stove recently, after going to a lot of larger retailers in Staffordshire and not getting the customer service even at the first point of contact.We just happened to findAcorn Fireplaces in Longton. And from the first point of contact with Josh it was obvious that these guys know there job.They were totally honest and interested in what we wanted no pushy salespeople trying to sell you something you don’t need or want.The multi fuel stove as now been fitted, and the finished job is perfect if they can please me they can please anyone. We went to look at the fire suites and saw a couple that we quite liked. Unfortunately there was only one member of staff who was in the process of a sale so it was like we didn't exist. There was no prices on them and no prices in the brochures or there Web site either.

1 year in and our first review. Absolutely love our hunter hawk duel burner.This is a quality multifuel stove and professionally fitted. We shopped around and glad we chosen acorn.Also great customer service.
