Totally indifferent to customer service in my experience. Even when going there to spend serious money they don't seem to care. If it's so bad when buying a car from them then I simply wouldn't risk using this place for service or warranty problems. Lexus are totally different in their approach and have now gained another customer at Toyota Gatwick's expense!

Google asked for a review and I will surely give one. Got to this dealer and waited for 50mins post my appointed schedule. Reception was very kind, made us comfortable. After discussing with the person of contact about the specification of the car we wanted, he'd go back and forth and at the third time he returned to us with another offer, I told my wife he would eventually come back to say nothing was available and I was damn right. Something just didn't feel right about the engagement here. Maybe I will check again sometime later or check other brands this week

I am a disabled mot ability customer who has just ordered a car from this dealer. I have rung 5 times now and have been told the salesman is either not in, busy or whatever and I would be rung back later or the next day. I am still waiting for call back. I am thinking of cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

Hi I reallyHaving hard since I buy carFrom this dealershipYesterday I been stuck due oil lower low I have stop my car middle of motorway and I had my 2 kids togetherCall the breakdown. Guys taking to much time I have call my own engineer toTow my carASLO I didn't get answer from my previous fault which clutch making noise and not Abel to drive properly coz it's keep jerkingI am just tired to keep sending emails to dealerships don't get any responseI will request to all buyers don't buy car from this dealershipIf you.don't believe you can read other customer reviews as well

My confidence in Toyota has just been restored. I had a service yesterday. Was dealt with by Vineet. He was polite and kept me informed at all times. He is an asset to your company. After 2 bad experiences with Jemca at Croydon. I had decided not to use Toyota again. Thought I would try Gatwick and will definitely be using them again. Thanks again Vineet.

Awful experience, awful communication, I will never enter that place again. I paid £500 deposit on 1st November for a car I haven’t even seen yet. After two weeks with no communication, I sent an email requesting my deposit back. I had a response from the salesman I was dealing with to say my car was ready, a lovely dark blue and greatly sought after colour. I had originally asked for white or light colour! I sent a further email without reply so decided to call in to the showroom. On Friday 17th November I visited the showroom and asked to speak to the sales person that I had been dealing with, but instead of the salesman the showroom manager came out to greet me. He was very reluctant to agree to return my fully refundable deposit and asked me to give him a little more time. He promised that he would ring me that evening so I agreed to this. He didn’t ring and I have had no contact since.I sent an email to the original salesperson on 22nd November saying that if my deposit was not returned within 7days then I would take the matter to the Small Claims Court. It has been 5 days without any response. This is absolutely appalling.We are both pensioners and can ill afford to lose £500, so I will pursue this. They are taking advantage of the elderly.I have little hope of the store management contacting me but feel strongly that prospective customers should be made aware of this appalling service and despicable practice.Don

I bought a car from you in February this year, next day I contacted you about noisy pitted rear brakes, not rusty but actually pitted over a 3rd of the surface. Was told it would go away, a month later it hadn’t, your service dept checked the brakes, again said it would go away, it didn’t! It went into another of your branches for an alignment and they noted on the free health report the heavily pitted rear discs.As any contact with you directly didn’t work i contacted Toyota HQ and I then got a phone call from Austen saying get back to you after my car came in for service & MOT the following week. Car went in, free health report mentioned pitted rear brakes & that they were 70% worn & included a picture of rear of the disc that showed it was pitted over entire surface. I called Austen & was told he wasn’t available and to email health report to Filipe who would forward onto Austen, this I did. 2 weeks later I’ve heard nothing despite sending emails chasing a call back.I bought 2 £23000 Toyotas from you over 18 months & when I replace this one I will be going else where.If you finally sort this problem I will amend my review, but as stands I think I’ve been very patient but after the last health report I want to get rear brakes sorted so car is safe.UPDATE, as requested I have emailed my complaint along with correspondence, watch this space.UPDATE #2, car booked in for discs & pads with dealer contributing 50%UPDATE #3, after a wasted trip due to parts not being there I have finally had the brake pads & discs replaced. 50/50 contribution.This all took far to long to sort out!
