They continued to charge me after official cancellation was sent (and acknowledged) for months and months and refusing to give the money back. You just know when you get a personal, warm and caring customer service advise when they bombard you with clauses from their terms and conditions. Charming!

I ran into problems partly of my own making and wanted help. The chat bot was not able to help, neither did I get very far with emails… therefore I had to resort to asking for live assistance. Lee and Dapinder were fantastically nice to speak with and competently sorted the issue out. After a wobble I am once again a very satisfied customer.

Just purchased today but very disappointed with customer service and after sales service. Nobody helps you once you have paid.I will never recommend to professionals because they are not professionals.

I wish they were not sold to Iris as the customer service has disappeared and you'll most probably be asked to email as apparently staff is busy( tried 15 times) busy serving other customers (probably from Mars). Very much disappointed to say the least.

Awful customer service, impossible to speak to anyone to get a refund. The call centre haven't even heard of Tax Filer!

I've been trying to contact Taxfiler for a week as I can't access my account. The software itself isn't bad, but the customer support is atrocious. I've emailed every Taxfiler address I can find, including Iris (as suggested in response to another negative review on Trustpilot) but I haven't had any contact from these people whatsoever. Am currently investigating alternative software providers.
