Hotel Chocolat
Went there with my wife today. Friendly staff, asked if we were ok and if we needed any help. Told them we have the velvetiser but didnt get thr mixed selection set that was meant to so proceeded to buy one. Holly then kindly offered us a free box of the chocolate gateaux flavour with our purchase! Very grateful to Holly and the friendly nature of the shop

Hotel Chocolat is my absolute favourite place to buy chocolate! So many flavour combinations and always taste fabulous. Although some of the items are a little expensive, the Selector packs are excellent value.

The sales assistant at the Newcastle shop was amazingly helpful. I bought lots and have since followed her advice about storing and enjoying great chocolate and drinks

I love Hotel Chocolat but the staff in the Crawley shop are exceptional. They are always friendly and even remember you in between visits (and no, I don't go that often!)

I have been there on December, I have found a very elegant shop, a beautiful place to spend some of my times. I have been very impressedfor the kindness of the staff, they gave me the possibility to taste the excellent chocolates.I hope I will be there soon to buy other Hotel chocolate product.Fausto

Friendly staff and great tasting chocolate! Was given free samples which made me buy even more, store was clean and tidy! Really not great for my diet!

I have to say that my experience in the shop (Crawley, County Mall) today was fantastic. The staff were professional with a good degree of empathy, warmth and laughter. How refreshing! Thank you. Oh and the chocolates are excellent too.

A fantastic selection of great chocolate. A little bit pricey but you soon forget about that once you've tasted it. Delivery option to the store is very handy.
