I can't trust their total coliforms test results. I submitted several well water samples, and two positive controls with fecal matter in them. All came back with a count of zero. They refused to re-test the samples or even acknowledge that something must have gone wrong to get a count of zero on a sample containing fecal matter. On the good side, fees were reasonable and the staff in Portadown were friendly, and the results turnaround time was very quick...Perhaps too quick to do a careful job.
