Nice staff very helpful and polite if appointment early in the morning you ring to let them know you are there as they come down to let you in comfortable feeling as you are there

pet friendly shop (as expected). My puppy had a little accident". We advised the staff who were very helpful and cleaned it up for us. Prices are OK. You can probably get cheaper online but sign up to the VIP club (its free) and you get regular vouchers that will help bring the cost down"

Groom room - awful. Never answer the phone and there's things that cannot be booked online. I have tried many different times to ring over a period of time. I always have to end up going to the beaumontleys store which are wonderful, always answer the phone and are efficient.

Good selection of pet products at reasonable prices friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fine if you’ve got a dog or a cat. I’ve got a reptile and they stock the most bizarre selection - instead of stocking basics they stock random bulbs and heat lamps that hardly anyone can use. I just don’t bother going anymore.

Absolutely Fantastic.*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!We are new to looking after a dog. We’ve had monty for 2 years now. We are getting better with caring for a doggy! He loves big walks and muddy puddles!It’s so hard to look after him, especially because his fur is prone to matting. It had been months since a cut so he really needed it this time!The groom room team are always extremely professional, super kind with there advice and they are very considerate when it comes to cutting the fur coats at the correct spec. We deal with A Tompkin and she is fantastic. As absolute asset to pets at home groom room! She has all the time of the day to deal with questions and give ways we can help look after montys fur.I can’t say enough about their attitudes. The staff just want to be as helpful as possible. They did a fantastic job at cutting monty. (cockapoo)My opinion of the groom room is brilliant.

Caring, happy staff. They are so gentle with my pets, as are excellent vets. I can highly recommend them.

I went in to find a harness for my dog, but it was a minefield for me and I was not sure which one was suitable for my dog. A very nice young lady by the name of Jess came and helped me. She was polite, very good with my dog and very knowledgeable, she tried different ones on my dog, showed us how to put them on securely and listened to what we needed. After leaving the shop with the harness on I felt confident that my dog would not slip it like he did his last one.we walked for 3 miles this afternoon and he we had one happy dog and owner.

Friendly and helpful staffs, store is clean, lots of great products for different animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fishes, birds, etc.) many good deals and bargains, books about animals, tips about different issues and hot to keep animals well…. Everything u need for a pet.Vet for pets in store, located upstairs with customer lift and stairs.Free car parking spaces, including disabled and parents & children spaces, as it’s in a shopping area, do watch out the length of time you can stay.
