Avoid at all costs... there are much better pet shops around the area. Bought puppy mats couple of weeks ago, being given the wrong change just realised when I got to work, called the shop the following day I have been told o call back on Monday to then being told to call again the following Monday as they need to see CCTV. Just called today thousand excuses, said I should be given a time which I have several times this extremely rude gentleman put the phone down and kept my £10.

Portobello Pet Shop
I went there thinking it was a shop with at least a couple fish.Then we go in and see there is not 1 cat , not 1 dog , and not 1 bird.We look around the whole shop and see there is only 1 fish that was sick.
