The manager on the ground floor was rude, I felt some racist undertone. He sent us out of the reception area because our centre wasn't open yet and when we wanted to use the lift, he kept shouting at us.

Building management and reception are always friendly. Only place to park is the car park opposite which is owned by the council and limited to 3 hour stay and they are quick on the fines if you go over that. Alternatively there is a tesco next to the building which also has a 3 hour policy. Hope I can save a ticket or 2 with this info.

Very welcoming and customer centered service. Lots of offices to choose from. The building is neat and I have found that customer is really respected. From the security personnel at the gate to the landlord, they really make you feel at home.The only complaint I have is that the premesis, however affordable, should come with affordable car parking scheme. There is the space to do it and I can say, there is also the will, take this opportunity to correct this and make car parking to be included in the rental at affordable price.

So rude, it's windy and rainy, I am here to get my Spain visa, when I finished all things, I down to the ground floor, waiting for my Uber, those guys shouted to me and said the public space are not allowed to stay, even just one more minute.

It's a very big building with many floors containing offices for rent. The second floor is used by Samson's clinical courses and it is the most visited part of the building because of the many students preparing for the PLAB part 2 exam. It's accessible. It's close to the Salford shopping complex where several things can be purchased. There's also a KFC restaurant just in front of the building. Lifts make it easy to move between floors

Not the easy place to get to, not great signage & parking a chore (that's being polite)Would rather park somewhere else and walk or get a taxi. Once inside signposting is hit & miss.
