JYSK Stockport

I went into this store last Saturday and again on thursday 12th August to purchase a bistro table. The staff were really helpful. I am delighted with my purchase. The staff are well trained in customer service and are very friendly without being pushy.

I bought a bed frame and mattress last month and when I wasn’t happy with the size of the mattress, I asked if I could exchange it. The staff at JYSK were very helpful in finding the right one for me, ordering it in and letting me know when I could collect it. Frankie and Adele were especially helpful. Thanks a lot!

Travelled 35 miles to collect wardrobes the website stated were in stock, the Blackburn store told me were in stock there as did customer services (having also been messed around by the Blackburn store) to be told we know it says its in stock but it isnt".This is the second store in the company that have let me down and I won't be returning a third time. Joke of a company.ZERO stars if it was possible"

My wife and i went purchase a bed and mattress from jysk in stockport, we were helped by a very knowledgable and helpfull young lady, she guided us throughThe process of beds and mattresses, thanks to her, we feel very confident in our choice, shes an asset to the company, thanks again, sorry we did'nt get her name.

Absolutely wonderful service from adele Berry. She served me on Saturday for a garden set . She was so polite and helpful. Couldn't do enough thank you so much . Need to return a chair though as got piece missing from bottom and is making it wobbly

When I went to the store this afternoon to shop, my child opened the closet door to watch and a clerk came to accuse my child. In fact, my child just opened the closet door to check and did not do vandalism. I feel discriminated against because I am not British

Really nice displays in-store and staff very helpful. Only went in for a look but came out with a fair few items haha. Very similar to IKEA but have their own twist on furniture.

Wow! What can I say?! It’s much better version and less stressful than IKEA. Arrived on the first day and the staff could not be more helpful. This will certainly be a regular haunt of mine.it sells everything for the home. Described as Scandinavian sleeping and living this store certainly lives up to its name. Every week there are special offers, much like Aldi and Lidl they have a booklet outlining the offers for that upcoming week. There is a mezzanine floor with a lift to access it as well as stairs and upstairs you will find bathroom accessories, shower curtains, blinds, curtain poles. A large selection of desks and chairs up there too. Downstairs near the tills there are so many sets of tables and chairs as well as outdoor furnishings and soft furnishings, pillows and pillowcases too. The staff are very helpful and will assist with any problems you may have.

We spent over £1000 on furniture and the delivery date was pushed back 3 weeks in total (from a 2 week agreed date) with NO communication from the store or CX service. Totally disappointed with the company and will be going to store to find a solution because the customer service number is completely useless.
