I have used Advanced Surveys extensively over the last 5 years and they are a truly excellent firm. They provide an extremely wide range of services with an exceptional attention to detail. Topographical surveys have been completed with much greater accuracy and detail than when I have used other firms. Software manipulation of the data obtained has been expertly done and no request has been too small when we have asked for numerous minor amendments to the plans. Their staff have always dealt with third parties very diplomatically which has been invaluable, especially when dealing with boundary disputes. Having the same firm return to our sites time and time again has saved us money and a great deal of time. They have often attended sites out of hours and at the weekend when the job has required it. On one occasion they surveyed a main A road at 3 am and still had to avoid the lorry traffic. We shall be using them for years to come.

ASL did a structural survey for us recently. They were reliable, efficient, and during the survey very proactive in highlighting some issues which we could quickly address.

I got in touch with Advanced Surveys a few weeks ago on the back of positive reviews, for some prospective work on my house. I had an ongoing boundary dispute with 2 neighbouring properties and I was looking to put a large porch / entryway on the front of the house.Simon came out and was able to advise on the best route re planning permissions for the porch and was able to correctly identify the correct boundary positions in the rear garden, and as a result I'll be able to reposition one of the fence lines to give me an extra 3 feet on my garden!He arrived early, was very friendly and informative, and very reasonably priced, I would use advanced surveys again for any further work queries I have.
