After making a mistake and closing the garage door on a box last week, I had managed to jam the door and break some parts. A quick google for electric garage door repairs and this result came up as one of the top companies in the search results, so as a typical bloke, I click the first one, did no shopping around and gave them a call. I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone, who could not commit without seeing the issue, but gave me some indication at what it could be and booked me an engineer in to come and visit and give me a zero cost call out to scope the issue. They even offered to come the next day but I was busy and was given a convenient day of my choice. A few days pass and I start to think this is going to sting the bank when they come to fix it. My appointment was at 8:00 and before arrival I got a txt message to say the engineer is round the corner and will be with me soon. Was met by two great lads, I could not believe how helpful, quick and cheap they were to fix and solve the issue. Some straps had come off inside of the electret garage roller, the Engineers fixed this in about 15 minutes, reset the min and max on the garage and gave me the price there and then, all paid, fixed and done in half hour or less at a very reasonable and fair price. Brilliant service from start to end, and a very reasonable price. Thank you
