Very responsive. Great staff.I would recommend.Only issue was property valuation. £199k v sale ££230k. Yes I know u engage interest but £30k above asking price is a lot.

Both sales were completed with agreed sale prices well beyond my expectations. I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Anything I asked for was expeditiously dealt with. The staff were highly professional, very efficient, and above all, very personable. If you need an Estate Agent I could not suggest a better firm.
