Craig very helpful. We discussed what I thought was possibly a straightforward repair and he suggested trying myself - even calling him back to talk me through it if I needed to. I did fix it myself saving time and money. So hats off to Craig for that and note that the One star review was clearly not justified. Definately 5 stars and I didn't even see you! Thanks

Called Craig up late on Thursday, he was round 9am the next day to look at the issue. Ordered the part and was over back as soon as possible after the weekend. Clear about the costs and very friendly. Would happily recommend.

Contacted at 8.00am, and booked in for later the same day. Arrived at 11.00am, diagnosed the fault with the Belling Range oven, Craig went to his van, got the replacement part, fitted and tested it. Job done.Could not ask for a better service, just shows going local IS GOOD!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Called Craig re a problem I had with my fridge. It was not cooling and was making lots of noise. He told me that he no longer repairs refrigerators . Anyway he asked me what was the problem and I told him. He patienly explained the problem and guided me step by step re what I should do to solve the problem. It has been a week since I did it and the fridge has been working perfectly since. I am in awe. Thanks Craig. I really appreciate it. You also saved me quite a few bucks.
