I took a silver necklace into Rose Jewellers to be mended, the chain had been broken and it needed cleaning as I'd worn it with a cheap fashion necklace and it turned the chain black.I had excellent service, my necklace was mended and cleaned within the hour.

Great job and good value for cleaning my husband's wedding ring up it looked brand new! Only thing i will say is opening times are not by the book but apart from that a 5*****

Bought a necklace for the wife.. he was open.. he was very helpful (even polished the piece for me) the only thing I can say that is bad is... the bad reviews get told they can have some money off when the legit reviews just get thanked

Took my partner’s dad ring to be reshaped as it was all crushed. Rose Jewellers did an amazing job looks brand new again. Job was done within the hour, brilliant service.Would definitely recommend, affordable & brilliant customer service.

Quoted me a price for scrap gold than when i visited the shop owner weighed gold away from view. Luckily i had weighed at home and knew exact value. Offered me a really low price. Beware you'll be ripped off. Well the reply to this review is untrue. I will never set foot inside this shop ever again

Dreadful experience on all 3 visits! Dont bother go elsewhere for your jewellery honestly you'll not regret it! His website sais he opens at 10 through the week and closed Thursday. Far from it... opens when he wants to leave customers hanging about for hours having to just 'hope' he turns up and opens shop some days iv turned up their at half 12 and it's still shut you ring him and no answer ever! The shops never open before half 12 and shuts at 4 I'll be honest with you as he cant. He gives you dates to come collect your jewellery when the shop is closed now if that's not poor customer service and terrible time keeping etc.theirs no point if you want something nice honestly go else where iv been waiting ten days for a ring to be re sized that he told me I could get on thursday when the shop is closed. Been down to shop 8 times and every time its been closed, even though on website it says its open.

We sent 66 watches (£3500) to Maz at Rose Jewellery for repairs (Battery replacement).Maz stopped answering our calls and kept the merchandise.We are now filling a lawsuit against him and the business.Very unprofessional
