Tremendous service. I wasn't sure what I needed but they were very helpful and sorted me out with all the parts I needed for my new bathroom, radiators, fittings and pipes. Really good price as well. Loaded everything into my car and delivered the stuff that wouldn't fit for free. All fitted now and extremely happy with the quality of the goods, the price and the brilliant service from all the staff.

Never come across a more rude and ignorant staff member at Enniskillen PTS depot. TC01 you really need re-training or a change of employment.Im glad there is several other bathroom supply companies locally.

A few people had told me not to go here as the staff are rude, but my parents have always used them so decided to try book an appointment. Why you have to book an appointment is beyond me, it would seem they are just using Covid as an excuse. I've managed to walk into every other bathroom store, electrical store, furniture store (ect.) in Fermanagh and Belfast with no appointment. PTS's showroom has been empty every time both times we've been there (didn't realise you needed an appointment the first time and couldn't get in), but yet the doors are locked. Even trying to book an appointment was difficult, asking why we wanted to come in? mmm... To look at bathrooms, funny enough! And how long we'd be? Depends what they have... Anyway we arrived half an hour early and couldn't get in, tried knocking the door and there wasn't a single staff member in the showroom and tried to phone twice but no-one answered. We're trying to get 3 bathrooms kitted out for a new build house, but I'll take my business elsewhere!

Great service this morning not sure of the young fellas name but more than helpful I had toddler with me he carried all out to my car and gave me contact numbers for peo went above his role best experience in any shop great customer service

I went in today looking for odd size water fittings, they looked at me like I was an alien and were of no use whatsoever. Young guy there spoke like he was gods gift to plumbing, very arrogant and no interest. Went to cathcarts instead, within 2 minutes the part I wanted was on the counter and Robert who got it for me, was very helpful and knowledgeable
