Happitots Nursery Thornliebank

The Enchanted Forest nursery is a great place to work as they are always looking at ways they can improve the nursery to ensure all staff, children and families are happy and that all needs are met. Staff are given up to date training to ensure they are providing the best and most up to date practice.

Fhallon is the best nursery teacher! Great staff & wonderful safe fun place for all the children :)

When I came to see the Nursery staff were very friendly and had a positive attitude about working in EFN. The Nursery itself is very spacious and has recently been renovated , been taken over by The Bertram Group who have put a lot of time and effort into making the Nursery a welcoming place for not only Parents but for the children too. They have shown a lot of dedication and hard work into making the nursery all it can be.

Went see the nursery and manger danielle was such helpful person she made me feel so welcome and my daughter took to her straight away she looking forward to starting when i go back to work what lovely girl she is x

Enchanted forest Thornliebank play school unsafe for children. Parents be aware of this Playschool. Don't join any of your child. Staff are very careless and Management is worst.My son sai Jhoshil kanala, who is 1 and half year old was severely bitten by a boy on his 2 hands (3 times), staff were not noticed that, when we asked manger she said, they will counsel the boy and never repeat it again. But Today again Unfortunately I went to pick up my son. He was rudely scratching and bitting by a another boy in front of me, staff were busy in talking and laughing to each other, they didn't notice my son was scratching & bitting by another boy, even though the head of playschool was also there, but very sad she also didn't notice that incident, then I had to go in the middle of the two boys and took my son. When I asked the head of playschool, they just covering the situation. They are not taking any responsibility or showing concern. They are just doing business.I have posted a review on Facebook page of Enchanted forest thornliebank, they simply deleted my post. This is really very rediculus.My very concern about other children. Please take care of your children's. Be aware of this kid of Enchanted forest Nursery.

I was going to remove both my children from this nursery but since October when new manager Danielle took over there has been vast changes! The nursery inside has improved greatly! What a difference in the rooms and staff are much happier can see they enjoy their work and have formed great relationships with the children and parents. Well done to all in making the nursery what it now is :) x

The nursery is now under new ownership and management. In addition the nursery has undergone refurbishment and improvements. This has resulted in a fresh new look. Staff have access and opportunities to undertake personal learning and development. This is a great space for children to learn and grow inside and out.

Huge difference you can see the excitement on the kids faces as they are going in ,staff are excellent nothing is to much bother, the atmosphere is full of happiness & the kids love it, Danielle and her team are second tonone, it makes a big difference as a parent when your children look forward to going to Nursery as we all know it is hard to let them grow up even just a wee bit. ❤I would highly recommend this Nursery.

Visited the nursery for a tour which was a lovely exoierence and amazing to meet such great staff.
