We hired some equipment for a wedding DJ set & had not used Speakon cables before. After sending a panicked series of WhatsApp messages re: what went where, we received a helpful, patient & generous service - he went above & beyond to make sure we got the rig set up.

Sound Hire Wales provided an impeccable service for our large outdoor event in Pembroke Castle for the Pembroke Festival 2023.From start to finish, Gethin and Dave were highly professional, understanding of our budget (being an entirely volunteer run and organised committee) and worked with us to provide a phenomenal show inside the castle.Being an awkward venue for vehicle entry the team advised us that they would have to build a stage from the ground up, manually level the stage on the uneven ground and rig up the lights and sound equipment over the course of several days prior to the event.Dispite all this work, they were able to give us a reasonable quote and followed through on their promises of putting on an outstanding show.The team upheld the highest safety standards, utilising harnesses and helmets where needed and kept me apprised of every step of the build.On the day, our main supply generator suffered malfunction (provided by another company) and the team seamlessly switched from generator power to mains electricity to make sure the show went on!
