Had Ian over to snag our 2 bedroom apartment. Very presentable and professional gentleman. Best Snag Scotland is the certified surveyor. Ian has done a fabulous job. As a home owner it is very important that someone tells you what's not right with the house and gives you the right advice and Ian did that very well. He very meticulously inspected the house and with lots of patience explained us all the findings. He very well answered all our queries. If you want snagging expert then it is Ian. I 100% recommend him.

Ian was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything to us. We received the snagging report within 24 hours so we were able to pass this onto the property developer to action plus it was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend this service if you are buying a new build as it has provided us with peace of mind.

From quotation stage to receiving of the report, Ian’s service was outstanding! He provided us with expert knowledge and professional tips on what to look out for prior to our home demo and throughout the snagging process. He provided us with an in-depth walk through of our issues after the inspection. The report was with us within 48 hours, and Ian was very quick to respond on any questions that we had! We would highly recommend to any new build owners!!

Very happy with the service Ian provided. Survey was very comprehensive and report very detailed. Ian also talked us through his findings and how best to present them to the builder. You could tell Ian takes pride in his work. I believe this service is great value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Ian was a delight to work with. He was very prompt and clear in his communications. He was very accommodating when we had to change the date due to delays. We're really happy with the quality of the report that he did, and feel confident approaching our developer with it. I would highly recommended Best Snag Scotland, and will definitely reuse in the future if we get another new build.

Very pleased with the service received from Ian and BestSnag Scotland. Ian is very knowledgeable, friendly and great at his job. Ian came to my new build to conduct the survey and spent a great amount of time inspecting all areas of the house. He found a lot of issues I wouldn't have considered looking into. If you are moving to a new building, I would highly recommend investing in this type of service as Ian really took the pressure off me on a moving day. Thank Ian.

In a day and age where customer service often gets overlooked by larger firms, Ian was a welcome (& more local) breath of fresh air in providing us with all the (re)assurance we needed moving into our new home. After having to cancel our initial appointment due to no fault of his own Ian updated us straight away and swiftly rebooked us to another date. Ian picked up on things we wouldn’t have even noticed and gave us a good insight into what we can take to our builder. Ian and Best Snag Scotland were professional and helpful from start to finish, quick responses on messages and friendly to deal with. He gave us advice on what standard the house should be finished to which we otherwise would never have known or possibly noticed too late.I cannot recommend him enough as his knowledge and professionalism are outstanding, we are very happy with the report he carried out for us.
