Nightmare. Failed to arrive on two separate occasions to start the work to our downstairs loo so we asked him to refund our deposit of £475.00. He then said he would come immediately. We declined and told him we would go elsewhere and wanted our deposit back. He then told me that he had tried to text me but my network isn't working properly and I have a faulty mobile phone. The reality is simple. He just blocked me. I'll chalk this up to a bad experience. For the love of god just don't give this man any money. He might turn up. He might not. It's just however he feels on the day and he doesn't care that you've taken time off work. Nightmare!Just read your response. Car broken down, can't text you, we agreed tomorrow blah blah blah. Compulsive liar as well. Well done! I knew something wasn't right when you asked me to buy the plaster! That's your job, not mine!! Just go away and leave me alone!!

We appreciate in accommodating our request even if it's short noticed. He helps us sort out the issue at the property and also updated us with photos and videos. Very clear communication. We will reach out again in the future. Thank you so much.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews, but honestly dont want anyone falling into the same trap as me. Not someone we will ever hire again! It's ok to admit you cannot do the job instead of winging it. Made the issue worse, fitted wrong size parts, quoted one amount over the phone and invoiced a different amount and when l queried it - went and parked outside the property threatening to take the lock off. Unprofessional! Maybe you should have removed it so l would not have wasted my money. Spent hours at the property when the job should have taken less than an hour. We have had to get someone else to go in and do the job properly. Waste of time and money!

Really professional friendly service. We had tvs put on walls, brackets were provided and put up perfectly. Highly recommend!

Very professional,, punctual, do the job perfectly and on very reasnoable price,, did a tv wall mounting installation with them and they offerd me a quote much cheaper than other companies and the job was done excellent and did not spend the whole day doing it. They were very decent and helpful made sure to help with getting rid of the tv box helped me storing it although this is not their job,, so thankful and would like to hire again in the future as they can do lots of diffeernt handy jobs in house

do not use this man. failed to turn up 3 times to do a job for us after making up daft excuses each time.when he finally did not turn up the last time it took forever to get in touch with him. He kept putting the phone down when we called and making up more excuses.it only took us getting in touch with our banks fraud team and trading standards for us to receive our deposit back. he 100% would of failed to pay otherwise.please do not use and if you do definitely do not pay him any deposit.
