My 12 year old son and I had a fab Dad-Son time here today. Great to be able to play games together and the staff were super helpful and friendly. While you are there, you must go on the Twingo virtual VR ride. We did the rollercoaster simulator and it was awesome.

Had a wonderful session today (31/10/23, at 4:30pm-ish) the guy was so helpful and friendly, made me and my partner feel really accommodated and comfortable. He made the experience really easy for our first time, helping with recommendations of games to play in the VR arena as well as on the coaster game thing.Feel bad we didn't fully catch his name, I heard Hamid, my boyfriend heard Alex. Ha. Either way great guy!

My boys had a great time here yesterday for a birthday treat. They both really enjoyed the game selection. The staff were really helpful and offered advice when they were finding it difficult.

Went here for my boyfriends birthday and loved it!! I had no experience of VR so we played games for beginners and loved every second. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time with my two boys this afternoon. Played for 2 hours but honestly could have played for 2 more. Good choice of games and apps. Staff were very helpful and attentive especially to my 6 year old who asked needed a bit of extra help. Thanks for making sure we had a great time.

Family visit for my sons birthday, all had a great time. Good variety of games to play single or multi-player and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance, or just giving tips during game play.

Took the family out to celebrate a birthday - was great that you could play together (using headsets to talk to eachother) or choose your own game. The staff were really friendly and gave tips on how to play the games and change the settings to make them easier! A lot of fun!

We booked and took part in a vr experience last week and had an amazing time. Most of my group has not taken part in a vr experience before and none of us were disappointed. The team member who was guiding us was friendly and very attentive, giving excellent guidance and focused on making the experience for us enjoyable. We were visiting from out of town but were really happy and would recommend Vertigo VR as an excellent destination for a group experience. Thank You!

Great staff! I had a great time there. The staff were fantastic, talked us through all the controls and helped us with each game we tried playing. I would highly recommend giving it a go. A great thing for a rainy weekend
