From the start the team were very proactive and their advice and guidance was invaluable, and we felt informed throughout the whole process. Excellent Service from Fine & Country Cheam Branch. We had issue with our previous buyer and estate agent and feared collapsed chain. F&C very quickly re-launched our property, found and pre-screened suitable buyers and engaged throughout the completion process. No resource spared. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Moving home to a new area and down sizing is easier said than done. We have lived in our home for 27 years and it was a very big decision to finally leave. We put our trust in F&C after meeting Adrian the Branch Manager. He is a local and knows the area very well. He had sold similar houses to ours. From the start we were impressed with his professionalism and that of his team. In particular Jonathan, Riley and Jane were always available and helpful.
