I contacted Icon Surveyors after receiving a stern Party Wall Notice from my adjoining neighbours who were about to start extensive building work which would effect our side of the property and be very disruptive. I was very stressed by the whole situation, but was very relieved when Beau and Sadek negotiated the Party Wall Award, and the Schedule of Condition, with valuable experience and professionalism. I would thoroughly recommend them if any one finds themselves in a similar position.
