The soil quality is great BUT the actual service from Bailey's of Norfolk is simply OUTSTANDING!!! Starting from the office staff to delivery drivers. After placing an order online ( twice now), which is very clear and straightforward we've received a phone call from the lady at the office confirming our delivery date. Delivered on time by a lovely, smiley driver who kindly agreed drop it further into the garden. I won't be going anywhere else EVER . Absolutely fantastic service, thank you

Awesome company from whom I bought 1 bulk bag of their Renovation Mix. Amazing product that had no stones and was perfect for my lawn project. Product was so easy to use I got the job done in a day.BoN responded to all my queries without hesitation. Excellent quality 'raised bed' topsoil mix, ordered early in the morning, delivered before lunch the same day! The driver even managed to reverse up our narrow dead end lane, not an easy task so very grateful for that. I would highly recommend Baileys for product quality, price and service!

I ordered five Dumpy bags of Raised Bedding Mix. My driveway is on a slope so rang Baileys for advice on a crane delivery. The lady I spoke to was most helpful., and fully understood my requirements. My delivery arrived four working days later delivered on a crane lorry driven by a very helpful driver called Paul. His expertise with handling the crane was second to none. He very carefully craned the bag over the bed slit the bottom of the bag and saved me hours of work. A very clean and tidy job. Thank you Paul .I would definitely recommend Baileys, not only for a first class product which contained no rubbish or stones, good price and an excellent service.

Fantastic from order to delivery. The website is informative with the product calculator working a treat. Online order process was seamless and order acknowledgement followed up with a call. Delivery driver was experienced and helped place the topsoil into the planters. Really pleased.

I am so impressed with the excellent service provided by this Company. I made a mistake with my online ordering which only came to light on delivery. The driver, John, was very understanding and gave me some good advice on the type of product I should have ordered. I then spoke to those who work in the office who I found to be equally helpful and extremely efficient. The product was swapped with no quibble and on re-delivery as I was not there John called me on my mobile again to check that the product was going to be correct and to kindly offer to do all he could to make the spreading of the product on my driver as easy as he could for me.Working in the service industry I know how important it is to offer a good and reliable service and to make sure the customer's experience is a good one. I am pleased to say that this company has got everything right and I highly recommend it. It is so pleasing to come across such a well run, friendly and efficient business. Thank you.

I ordered 8 bulk bags of raised bed mix and despite the current situation it was delivered promptly and placed perfectly by the delivery driver for me to access. The mix was very high quality. In the past, with other companies I have had lumps of clay and other material. High quality and prompt professional service. Thank You.

Super bulk delivery of some high quality peat free compost. The lovely driver dropped the bag just where I needed it. I will be buying some more in the future, very reasonable price and very quick delivery time.
