Lovely little library. Clean, spacious and never too crowded. However staff do need to be a bit more helpful and maybe have basic skills on computers or how to make the printers/photocopier work.

This library is quite good. I like that it’s simple to find books rather than being on a random place.There are lovely staff who are very cooperative when it comes to helping.The technology is quite useful especially for returning or borrowing anything in there.Speaking of books, I love the wide range of books in west road library that wait in the bookshelf for someone to read their story and see the illustrations.The place is also good for relaxing someone that was stressed out after their day.In other words,the library is fantastic and deserves more attention!
