Just want to commend the efforts of Micheal Johnson. What a credit he is to his employers. He has been nothing short of amazing! I had a very poor experience with another dealership (Land Rover) and had completely lost faith in the car industry, but he’s definitely restored that faith and has consistently delivered the utmost customer service from the moment I walked into branch and it continued right though to the moment I collected my car. He’s gone above and beyond for me, and for that I am super thankful! The service I have received has been incredible from the start, the welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, and the staff are so much more friendly and polite. I cannot recommend this branch enough and will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic service! Laura was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was her only customer of the day, even though I know she was incredibly busy. I never felt rushed when dealing with her. She clearly and confidently explained all the work carried out on my service and ensured I was kept informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service.As with most things it’s the little things that count and the day after the service I noticed that the technician, Luke, had noticed I had a tyre valve dust cap missing from one wheel and had replaced it with mention. I’d noticed it just before having the service so to get the car back with that little thing sorted made me feel that I’d made the right choice bringing my car to you. The complimentary wash and vacuum was also very appreciated. Thank you!
